Steven P. Croshaw, Co-founder and President, is a Commercial Real Estate Agent, and co-owner of real estate brokerage, development and property management companies. He served as a Founding Trustee and General Director of Utah Festival Opera Company in Logan, Utah. He is married to Rhyll and they have seven children and twelve grandchildren.

Rhyll Croshaw, Co-founder, Vice President and Executive Director, is a music teacher, and student at BYU studying Marriage and Family Relations. She has interned in the area of sexual addiction recovery. She has been a speaker at numerous women’s conferences. She is married to Steven and is mother of four sons and three daughters and twelve grandchildren

Ann. H. Tolley, MS, JD., Vice President, is a lawyer specializing in business administration. She earned a Master of Arts and a Juris Doctor degree from BrighamYoung University. Her husband Dennis Tolley, is a professor in the statistics department at BYU. They have six children and twenty-one grandchildren.

Kathleen D. Whitaker, Secretary and Assistant Executive Director, is a graduate of Ricks College (now BUYI) and Registered Nurse. She worked in the field of Women’s Health primarily in Labor and Delivery. She is married to Brad Whitaker and is the mother of five children and thirteen grandchildren.

Craig L. Israelsen, PhD., Board of Directors and Treasurer, is an Associate Professor in the School of Family Life at Brigham Young University where he teaches Personal and Family Finance. He is married to Tamara Trimble and they have seven children.

KayLee C. Dunn, CSW, Outreach Director, is a graduate of Brigham Young University with her BS and Master of Social Work degree. She works as a clinical social worker with specialized work in pornography and sexual addiction. She is married to Joshua Dunn.

Gordon J. Christensen, DDS, MSD, PhD, Advisory Board, is the Director of Practical Clinical Courses, which offers continuing education for the global dental profession. He is also the founder and past president of the Academy of LDS Dentists, providing continuing education and international service in developing countries. He assisted in starting the University of Colorado and University of Kentucky dental schools. He and his wife, Dr. Rella Christensen are the parents of three children and thirteen grandchildren.

Donald L. Hilton Jr., M.D., Advisory Board, is currently a Clinical Associate Professor of Neurosurgery at the University of Texas Medical School, San Antonio. He is a  pioneer in the field of minimally invasive spinal surgery, and lectures nationally and internationally. Dr. Hilton is the author of “He Restoreth My Soul”, one of the most informative and helpful books written to date on the subject of sexual/pornography addiction. He and his wife, Jana, currently serve as LDS Family Services program coordinators in San Antonio for those who struggle with pornography and sexual addiction, as well as their spouses.  They are the parents of five children and two grandchildren.

R. Kelley Thueson, MD, Advisory Board, was born and raised in southern Idaho. He is a graduate of Brigham Young University and also the University of Mississippi, where he completed medical school. He is the director of Ross Southern Laboratories, and works in the field of diagnostic immunology.  He and his wife Karen have lived in Mapleton, Utah for the past 10 years and are the parents of four children.

Russell Bice, Vice President, is former National Director of USO Shows-New York City, and former Director of “Showtime Company” at Ricks College. He is currently with Heritage Festivals assigned to Boston and Toronto events. His wife Nancy is a Licensed Professional Counselor. Together they have four children and six grandchildren.

Dan Gray, LCSW, Advisory Board, is a licensed clinical social worker specializing in addictions counseling. He has a master’s degree in social work and is a CSAT (Certified Sexual Addiction Therapist). He is the clinical director of LifeSTAR Network program, which provides help for individuals and couples dealing with problems related to sexual addictions and compulsive behavior. He and his wife Becky are the parents of four children.

C. Thomas James, Advisory Board, received his Bachelors degree in Business from BYU and his MBA from the University of Phoenix in Marketing. He is the owner of Fort Knox, Inc., the manufacturer of residential safes. He has also been involved in youth organizations for the past 25 years. He is married to the former Shelly Czirr. They are the parents of five children and one grandchild.

Bryan L. Crockett, Advisory Board, received his BS from Brigham Young University and his MBA from Utah State University. He has worked int he printing industry for nearly 28 years and is owner of Book Printers of Utah, Inc. He and his wife Shelly live in Salt Lake City and have three children and three grandchildren.

Linda P. Walton, Advisory Board, is the owner of The Walton Group, Inc., a public relations firm in Provo, also serves as a chaplain at Utah Valley University, as advisor of the Utah Valley Interfaith Club at UVU, as chair of the Utah Valley Ministerial Association, a member of the Ethics Committee and Religious Studies Advisory Board at UVU, a member of the Mountainlands Foundation, chair of the National Day of Prayer, and is affiliated with Utah Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster and its Utah Valley affiliate.  She is married to Brad E. Walton, whom she met on a blind date at Orem High School.

Susan Morrison, Advisory Board, attended BYU and NYU.  She has been an executive assistant in a variety of offices, and has been a legal secretary and manager of a law office.  She is married to Douglas Morrison, a Utah attorney and CPA.  They have six children and three grandchildren.
