Dr. Adam Moore

Spend an afternoon in a small-group setting with highly sought-after therapist, Dr. Adam Moore.

Dr. Moore has helped many SAL members on their path to recovery and presents at national conferences on the topic of sexual addiction & betrayal trauma.

Self-Care & Connection

It is amazing how connected you can feel after a weekend of intense recovery work with 25 people who are going through the same thing you are.

You will feel rejuvenated with sisterhood, as well as with relaxation, as you focus for an entire weekend on truly nurturing your body and spirit.

With options for professional exercise classes, facials, yoga, and meditation, you will have ample opportunity to feel cared for. Weather-permitting, there will also be opportunity to spend time in the outdoors in canoes, hiking, and other outdoor activities.

Yoga & Meditation

If you have not explored the practice of mindfulness and meditation in your recovery, you are missing out on a powerful tool.

This weekend will introduce you to a whole new way to connect to your Higher Power through your body, mind and spirit.

Our yoga and meditation teacher, Holly, has a unique perspective that is specially suited to help those in trauma to re-connect to their center.

Work the Steps

No matter how long you have been working recovery, this Retreat offers Step Study and specialized Break-out sessions that will give you tangible tools to take home with you.

Get the guidance and experience of sponsors in small-group settings as you focus on particular problem-solving.

Boundaries, Step 4 inventory, Making amends through Step 9, Deepening your surrender through 1, 2 & 3...you tell us where you'd like to focus, and we will make a break-out for you. Go home with real progress in your pocket.
