Eric Anderson
Founder and Clinical Director, Pathway Therapy Center
Eric Anderson, LMFT, CSAT-S, is the founder and Clinical Director of Pathway Therapy Center in Walnut Creek, California, where he specializes in helping individuals and couples heal from sexual addiction, betrayal trauma, and other compulsive behaviors.

Eric earned his Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Fuller Theological Seminary and began his career working in residential chemical dependency treatment. He later trained at Novus Mindful Life Institute under Duane Osterlind, LMFT, CSAT-S, and William Feuerborn, LMFT, CSAT-S, becoming a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist through the International Institute for Trauma and Addiction Professionals (IITAP) and training extensively in Patrick Carnes’ task-centered model of addiction and recovery. He later served as Intensives Director at Banyan Therapy Group, where he developed and facilitated intensive treatment programming and co-authored the recovery workbook Rebuilding Your Foundation with Dan Drake, LMFT, CSAT-S.
Today, Eric leads a team of therapists at Pathway Therapy Center providing specialized treatment for sexual addiction, betrayal trauma, and related compulsive behaviors through individual therapy, couples work, process groups, and intensive programs. A significant focus of his work is helping men move beyond shame and isolation and develop the honesty, resilience, discipline, and community necessary for lasting recovery.
Eric is also the author of the forthcoming book Disciplines of Recovery, which explores the practices and principles that help transform recovery from a short-term response to crisis into a sustainable way of life.

As a Certified Partner Trauma Therapist Supervisor (CPTT-S), Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT), Certified Clinical Partner Specialist (CCPS), Certified Couples Betrayal Recovery Therapist (CCBRT), Certified Clinical ERCEM Specialist (CCES), and a Consultant in EMDR, she brings new tools and a fresh look at what partner’s need not only to heal but to heal well. Dr. Sheri’s a keynote speaker and recipient of 2019 IITAP Outstanding Publication Award for her book Intimate Deception: Healing the Wounds of Sexual Betrayal. She specializes in betrayal trauma, with a particular passion for helping families heal in the aftermath of betrayal, working not just with couples, but with the children, siblings, and extended family members whose lives are also profoundly affected.
Morgan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Family Life from Brigham Young University and a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University. She is a Certified Clinical Partner Specialist-Associate (CCPS-A) and Certified Partner Coach (CPC) through the Association for Partners of Sex Addicts Trauma Specialists (APSATS). She has completed training through APSATS for working with betrayed families, and has completed Jake Porter's couples-centered recovery training in addition to being a Brainspotting level 2 practitioner. She facilitates Witnessed, a group program supporting teens and adult children navigating the impact of betrayal in their family systems, and hosts the Healing Betrayed Families podcast. Morgan has presented on family systems in the wake of betrayal at multiple professional conferences. Morgan’s work is shaped as much by lived experience as by clinical training. As a betrayed child herself, she has walked her own path of trauma recovery and rebuilding trust and connection with her parents and siblings. That personal journey informs her deep understanding of just how far-reaching betrayal trauma can be, and fuels her commitment to helping every member of a family system find their way toward healing.
Most importantly, Morgan lives in San Tan Valley, Arizona, where she is a wife and mother to two young boys.

Tim Stein is a co-founder of Willow Tree: Center for Healing & Recovery, an outpatient treatment center in Santa Rosa, CA. He has dedicated his career to supporting individuals, couples, and families navigating the challenges of sex addiction and betrayal trauma. Tim also provides support and guidance to other therapists who are on their own recovery journey.

In addition to his clinical work, Tim is the President of the Board for The American Foundation for Addiction Research (AFAR), a nonprofit that supports and funds research regarding sex addiction and betrayal trauma, advocates for the sex addiction and betrayal trauma community, and provides public education.
