She is passionate about supporting individuals and couples navigating betrayal and trust rupture, using a trauma-informed, attachment-based approach to help partners rebuild safety and strengthen connection. Betsy practices at Secure Intimacy Marriage and Family Counseling in Provo.

Outside of her work, Betsy enjoys hiking and cheering on her favorite sports teams with her husband, Jeff. In their blended family of eight children, five spouses, and six grandchildren—with one more on the way—cooking and trying new recipes together has become a favorite family tradition, rarely without a little chaos.

Lindsey Robinson

Lindsey is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist specializing in helping individuals and couples heal from sexual betrayal, attachment injuries, and relational trauma. She has particular experience and passion for facilitating therapeutic disclosures, helping individuals and couples anchor in 12-Step recovery, and tending to long-standing traumatic wounds that impact identity, sense of self, purpose, and personal worth.

Her approach integrates trauma-informed modalities, including EMDR and IFS-informed frameworks, to support deep nervous system healing alongside cognitive, psychoeducational, mindfulness-based, and physical health interventions. With an additional background in dietetics, she believes lasting healing requires a holistic approach that addresses the mind, body, and relationships.

Having experienced the healing power of the 12 Steps, both personally and professionally, Lindsey cares deeply about helping others find lasting peace through the principles and truths they offer, whatever their circumstances. While she loves her work as a therapist, she’s happiest at home: cooking fresh meals, reading a good book, getting outside, and laughing with her husband and daughter.

Rachelle Schaat

In this workshop, Rachelle will share how intentional self-care can become more than a luxury—it can be a powerful tool for regulating the nervous system, creating emotional stability, and helping us make clear, confident decisions and healthy boundaries from a place of safety instead of survival. Her hope is that every woman leaves feeling empowered to care for her body as an essential part of her healing journey.

Becca Price

Becca has been a sound healer since 2021, creating calming and restorative experiences through sound, mindfulness, and intentional connection. As she obtains her Master of Social Work degree, she thoughtfully incorporates sound healing into the mental health field.
